Jon Borcherding-Media Planner/Creative Strategist

JB jumped into media right out of graduating from Luther College in NE Iowa and has over 25 years of Marketing/Media/Consulting experience in Publishing, Radio, Digital Video, Production, and TV. Winning numerous awards for his creativity and sales-ability, Jon brings his clients solutions that work. Jon and his wife Dosha met while working in radio and have 3 kids whom he coaches in sports, outdoors, and life. If JB isn't working on your next marketing project, he's probably coaching, fly fishing, or on an adventure with his family.

Erin White-Social Media Director

Erin started her career in hospitality and worked in the industry for 17 years. During her time in that role she fell in love with the marketing side of the business. Erin was a Department Head for two separate businesses in the hotel industry, while over seeing 30+ associates during that time. Erin dove into the social media marketing side of the business and saw first hand how it can positively impact a business. She applies her incredible energy with her love of data and brand building to create amazing campaigns for our clients across social media platforms.

Erin and husband Brad, raise two boys that keep them constantly busy and on their toes. If she is not being creative at work, she's loving life with her family...going to concerts, skiing, attending sports events, shuttling kids to school and sports, or cuddling with her amazing dog Betty White.

Dosha Borcherding- Admin/Executive Assistant/Social Media Executive

Dosha started in radio right after attending college at Northern Colorado. She had 15 very successful years in sales before deciding to stay home and raise her 3 kids. Dosha handles administrative duties for Riser and the Borcherding family. When she's not running kids too and from practices, she'll be helping with creating content, proofing our content, handling the books, and any other random jobs that we need done....correctly :)

Dussteen Scott-Business Development Director

Dussty Scott is an experienced marketing consultant who is known for her strategic ideas, energy, and commitment. She has over two decades of experience and has been instrumental in driving remarkable growth for her clients while also championing causes that are close to her heart. Dussty has been married to her college sweetheart for over 25 years and is a proud mother of two daughters. She finds joy in spending time with her family and friends while enjoying nature. She is an avid hiker, mountain biker, skier, yogi, and energy practitioner who embraces the great outdoors with passion and enthusiasm. Her adventurous spirit extends to trying new foods, exploring new places, and connecting with people on a deeper level. As a marketing consultant, Dussty's expertise has resulted in significant revenue increases and strategic partnerships for her clients. She is also committed to making a positive impact in her community through philanthropic efforts such as organizing blood drives and fundraising events.

Andrea Salek-Social Media Executive/Graphic Designer

Andrea is a versatile graphic designer with 15 years of experience in marketing and design. She has served an array of customers from food and beverage to health and wellness, publishing and education. Known for her ability to create compelling brand identities that resonate with audiences.
